My new haiku as its raining here a lot “Kaeru iu, ame wa yoidesu, utsukushi yo” [frog says, rain is good, beautiful ain’t it !]
In Japan I have been told many many times, Frog is a sign of “auspicious”, good, where I come from it’s considered at-least poetic.
Japanese and Odia may have come from the same linguistic traditions but now exist like multiple-worlds…(not just agglutination, there may be congruence) not difficult to write exact haikus in Odia but 5,7,5 will make it very funny at times, relax 1 or 2 you are on your way to poetic glory…
I wrote a few here, tonight.
