heresy and prejudice of ideas

Someone had said a theory begins as a heresy and ends as a prejudice. Relativity, special had shown that curve, it started as a heresy to all previously accepted understanding and it is time already when it is showing it’s prejudiced color. The neutrino results are entering as a heresy, only upto to the honest scientists how they will shape the understanding of these unbelievable results. The dishonest scientists will always make a beeline for fame and showmanship. They believe someone else will find out their error and by that time they will find another trick of why it evades their understanding. Science is fun, exciting but draining and makes you feel apprehensive if everything is in place before large claims can be made. It surprises me that most of the scepticism has come with no convincing reasons but diversification from the root ideas
