we do not need baselines to measure if neutrinos break photon speed limit or not
In that case ALL neutrino experiments are capable of studying speed and energy behavior of neutrinos at a desired level of precision for both speed and energy.

OPERA-II interesting
iii. Other experiments if consistent with OPERA will only make it a revolutionary anomaly that has ever made us unomfortable. If correct we should be prepared to study geometry and their implication for energy. That’s a question of theory. The experimental question that remains is

OPERA neutrino anomaly, from Gravitational contribution.
This is original research work of Manmohan Dash, first published here on 6 November 2011. 12:13 pm. an important update; OPERA neutrino anomaly, from Gravitational contribution. Update, correction; Here we will have to multiply the Gravitational shift by a 19.758 (4.4451*4.4451), as the 4.44 went to the denominator, instead of the numerator. A funny mistake,…

calibrating time of flight through particles other than just neutrino
shoot 3 or 4 different kind of particles along the CERN-GS base-line and calibrate the time more confidently using such a scheme. One particle will simply calibrate the time.
